Managing Partner
Adediran Adetunji holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Surveying and Management from the Department of Environmental Studies, Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi Nigeria.
He is a Fellow Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) with a good exposure in the Realm of Real Estate Profession throughout the country. He has at various times been the Head of Valuation Department, Branch Manager and an Associate Partner of Messrs Fola Oyekan & Associates before he voluntarily resigned to set up his own practice.
During his professional sojourn, he successfully set up the Abuja office and single-handedly initiated and supervised the setting up of Kaduna Office of the firm among his achievements. Currently he holds an International Diploma in Housing Development Strategies from Erasmus University in Rotterdam- the NETHERLANDS.
He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from the University of Lagos Consult. He has Sixteen (16) years post qualifications experience and he was one time Public Relations Officer for the Abuja Chapter of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and also served at the Professional Practice Committee at the state and National Levels of the Institution.
Currently, a Chartered Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS); he is also a Fellow of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and has attended various courses both home and abroad; particularly, he is a member of Course PSLC. 16 Leadership Course on Policy, Strategies and Leadership at the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies in Kuru, Plateau State.
He also holds a Certificate in International Housing Finance from the Wharton University of Pennsylvania in the United States of America. Mr Adediran Adetunji is also a Registered and active member of the prestigious International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) New York. He is a Golfer and happily married with children.
Abdulazeez Adetunji, ANVIS, RSV, MSC
Associate Partner
A graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi in Estate Management, had his NYSC Primary Assignment in Jos, Plateau State He equally worked in other Estate firms and participated in various valuation assignments before joining our firm.
Abdulazeez has just bagged a Master Degree in Project Management at the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom.
Oloyede Mutiu
Branch Manager – Abuja
Oloyede Mutiu holds his BSc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
He is a certified Project Manager with International Project Management Professional and he has a Diploma in Marketing through Advance Learning Interactive System Online- Netherland.
Adetunji Fatai Adeyemi
Head of Admin & Finance
A highly versatile and thorough bred personality. He has worked for a good number of years as insurance‟s under- writer claims officer before moving to the financial institution, where he rose to the rank of a Branch Accountant before resigning to join our firm.
He is now overseeing our Administration and Finance Department. He is the hub for our property development department.
Wale Adeyemo (HND EST MGT)
Wale Adeyemo is a product of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and graduated from the department of Estate Management. He has tremendous knowledge about management of commercial properties of different categories and all other aspects of the real estate profession.
Lami Adbulkarim OND EST. MGT
A holder of National Diploma in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic, Nassarawa State, she worked in Bauchi and Kano before joining our firm. Lami was born and bred in the North and has traveled extensively
Owoyomi Kudirat (Mrs) HND EST. MGT
She is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from the Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke.
She did her youth service with our firm and currently she now work in the Management Department with our firm.
Ohamadike Ijeoma (BSc. EST MGT)
She holds a BSc in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She has completed her National Youth Service with the Ministry of Lands Housing and Environment, Akure where she was engaged in various types of valuation, land acquisition, land management jobs in real estate.
While she was with Messer‟s Adamu & Co in Port Harcourt she was also engaged in compensation/ relief valuation for oil spill affected villages in Rivers State.
Ipinyomi Modupe (HND EST. MGT)
A graduate of Federal Polytechnic Bauchi; she has her NYSC Primary Assignment at Anambra State. She has tremendous knowledge about management of commercial and residential properties.
She has worked in various departments of Valuation and Estate Agency where she acquired tremendous knowledge. Modupe has just been moved to our Branch in Jos to oversee
our client‟s investment both within and outside Plateau State.
Adebowale Omole (B.Tech EST MGT)
Adebowale Omole is a graduate from the Federal University of
Technology Minna. He served with the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in Makurdi Benue State as a lands inspector and valuer, and later worked with the firm of Usman Achem & Co., also in Benue State before joining our firm.
He has worked in the various departments of Valuation, Agency and Management and is very sound in the respective departments.
Elerueanya Ogochimere (B.Sc EST MGT)
Ogochimere is a product of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu and holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management. She had her National Youth Service Corps in one of the nation‟s citadel of
learning at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Estate Department (works).
She had worked briefly with the firm of D‟Lord Maseli & Partner‟s before moving to our firm.
Sherifat Adetunji (Miss) HND EST. MGT
A graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro and has worked variously in different parts of the Northern States. She is vast in area of Property Management and Development; she is currently undergoing Management in Human Resources.
Rosemary Ndidi Iroh (OND EST MGT)
She is a holder of National Diploma (ND) from the Federal Polytechnic Bida.
She has knowledge about management of residential properties of different categories.
Afolabi Olayinka (B.Tech, EST. MGT)
Olayinka is a product of Estate Management with Bachelor of Technology from Federal University of Technology Minna.
She had her compulsory National Youth Service Corp at Aniocha South Local Government Secretariat, Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State. Having worked with Messer Jidetaiwo & Co during her Industrial Attachment particularly Valuation department.
Nnadi Judith Oluchi (B.Sc, EST.MGT)
Nnadi Judith is a product of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State and holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management. She had her National Youth Service Corps in one of the Government Day Secondary School, Jahun, Jigawa State.
She had worked briefly with the firm of Gilbert Nwanna & Partners in Anambra State before moving to our firm. She is a versatile and academically meticulous personality with bias in Valuation and property Management.
Temitayo Durojaiye (B. TECH, EST. MGT, MSc)
Mrs. Tayo Durojaiye Holds a National Diploma in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic in Bauchi Before proceeding to Minna where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Technology. She had her Compulsory National Service at Leadway Assurance Plc. in Jos, Plateau State.
She had variously worked with Guarantee Trust Bank Plc. Wuse 2 – Abuja and also Had a stint with an Estate Firm in Kaduna before joining our firm.

Adewale Wasiu (BSC, OND EST. MGT)
Adewale Wasiu Olayinka is a product of Osun State Polytechnic Iree where he obtained National Diploma in Estate Management and also proceeded to OAU Ile – Ife where he bagged his BSC degree in Estate Management and Valuation.
He is currently overseeing one of our most viable department (Property Management Department) at the headquarters in Abuja with a lot of tact and professionalism. He is knowledgeable in virtually all aspect of real estate especially in managing resources.
Kums Nanre Yusuf (B.Sc EST MGT)
Kums Nanre Yusuf is a product of the fledging Kaduna State University (KASU) and graduated as the Second set of the University in 2019 with Second Class Upper in Estate Management. She had her National Youth Service Corps with Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) in 2020, and thereafter secure her employment with Messrs Diran Adetunji & Associates as a pupil surveyor in 2020 and she is currently in Agency Department in Management section of our property portfolio.
Her hobbies are: Reading, traveling and watching movies.
